The coupling joins two straight duct sections end to end so the run continues without a visible break. It slides over the joint and locks both sections into one continuous channel, which is what keeps a long facade run looking like a single extrusion. This fitting is supplied in black, moulded from the same colour-through PVC as the black kit, so joints and corners stay invisible on the wall.

For contemporary facades and commercial fit-outs, black is the practical choice. It pairs naturally with dark cladding, grey concrete and black-framed glazing, and it hides road dust and urban grime far better than lighter finishes. The coupling is moulded in our own factory from colour-through PVC, so the surface keeps its depth of colour through years of sun and rain. It is the finish we recommend wherever the design brief calls for the line set to look like architecture, not service pipework.

Q: Do I need one coupling per joint?
A: Yes. One coupling covers one butt joint between two straight duct sections.
Q: Can couplings be ordered separately from a full kit?
A: Yes. Individual components are supplied for replacement, extension and bulk stock orders.
Q: Does the coupling match the duct colour?
A: Yes. The coupling is produced in the same colour as the duct it joins, so the joint stays invisible.
