PPR integrated insulation pipe is an all-in-one thermal insulation pipeline, combining inner PPR pipe, closed-cell foam insulation layer and outer protective jacket in one structure. It solves the trouble of separate pipe laying and on-site wrapping insulation materials.
The inner PPR tube features excellent heat resistance, pressure resistance and anti-scaling performance, suitable for cold and hot water circulation in central air conditioning, floor heating and constant temperature fresh air systems. The integrated foam insulation layer effectively reduces heat loss and prevents condensation water dripping on the pipeline surface. The outer shell protects the insulation layer from damage, aging and moisture erosion.
Compared with traditional separate piping construction, integrated PPR insulation pipe shortens construction period, reduces labor cost and guarantees stable thermal insulation effect.
