The HDPE fresh air corrugated pipe is the backbone piping of modern residential fresh air (MVHR) systems. It uses a double-wall corrugated structure: a smooth inner wall keeps air resistance low, while the corrugated outer wall gives the pipe flexibility and crush resistance. One coil of pipe replaces dozens of rigid fittings, which means fewer joints, less air leakage and much faster installation.
As a professional HVAC ventilation products supplier, GUANDE keeps this pipe in regular stock in Ø75 / 110 / 160 / 200 / 250 mm, ready for wholesale orders and project supply. OEM and ODM service is available.

This pipe pairs with our full quick-connect fitting family: oblique tee fittings, straight couplings, reducers, ABS air distribution boxes and ceiling air diffusers. All sizes share the same push-fit interface, so a complete system can be assembled without glue or tools.
Q: Can the pipe be embedded in concrete or screed?
A: HDPE corrugated pipe is mainly used for open routing in ceilings, voids and service gaps. For screed-embedded (underfloor) runs we recommend our insulated flat duct series designed for that purpose.
Q: Does the smooth inner wall reduce airflow?
A: No. The inner wall is smooth specifically to keep pressure loss low; the corrugation is on the outside only.
Q: What is the MOQ and delivery time?
A: We hold regular stock for all five diameters. Contact our sales team for current stock, wholesale pricing and lead time for your market.
